Knightly Rose is a mobile sorbet and soft-serve catering company based in the Triad. We launched as a premium Italian ice/sorbet concept built for speed and high-volume events.

Today we operate multiple setups, support schools, and cater corporate events across North Carolina and select out-of-state cities. We’ve served thousands of customers and proven we can handle sustained high-volume lines at major public festivals.

Our sorbet is made in-house with dairy-free, vegan-friendly ingredients and has a smooth, creamy texture similar to ice cream, but is completely water based. We focus on clean setups, fast throughput, and professional service at every event.
